Alastair Marsh is the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Xeinadin Group. A former CEO and CFO, most recently as Group Chief Executive Officer of engineering and business services organisation Lloyd’s Register Group, Alastair has experience across a wide range of sectors in listed multinationals and privately held organisations.
At Lloyd’s Register Group he delivered a major change programme focused on data and digital transformation across its 250 offices in 80 countries.
Robin Williams is a Non-Executive Director of Xeinadin Group and Chair of the Audit Committee. A highly experienced Chairman and NED with deep experience in the public markets and also private equity, he is currently Chairman of Keystone Law plc and FIH Group plc.
Robin has previously led as an executive and been on the Board of FTSE250 and other main market, AIM-listed and private companies across many sectors.
Martin Burgess is a Non-Executive Director at Xeinadin Group. He also chairs the Board’s Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee.
An HR specialist, Martin has led change management programmes in large and complex international organisations with experience including Cobham plc, BAE Systems & AT&T.
Derry Crowley is the Chief Executive Officer of Xeinadin Group, which he was instrumental in the formation of in 2019. He has overall responsibility for leading the business, setting its vision and strategic direction and building the culture and team to deliver it.
With a long career in accountancy in Ireland, Derry has deep experience of M&A and business growth finance as well as leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Derry passionately believes Xeinadin can become a top 10 accountancy firm in the UK and Ireland, through its unique combination of locally-forged, trusted relationships supported by innovative technology, leading expertise, centralised back office support and the power of a collaborative national group.
Simon Nice is the Chief Finance Officer of Xeinadin Group. Simon has over 30 years’ experience in finance having worked for both publicly listed and private firms and a broad range of experience from designing and implementing global financial strategies to managing corporate M&A and regulatory filings.
Simon has previously worked for Lloyd’s Register where he was Group Director of Finance and at Avis Europe PLC Group.
Paula has been with Xeinadin Group since January 2020, initially as Chief Financial Officer before transitioning to the Chief Operating Officer role in March 2021. Over a 30+ year career, Paula has led businesses and directed finances and operations across sectors including accountancy, digital infrastructure, IT support, and logistics. With experience working for large companies and PLCs at CEO and CFO level, she brings a wealth of experience to the leadership team.
Paula is passionate about developing high-performing, collaborative teams supported by effective processes, systems and practices to help our team, and clients, be the best they can be.
Sandra is a Director of Xeinadin Group. Her career has seen her work her way up from trainee to Managing Partner of BCC Accountants, before developing the business and joining the Group.
Sandra has been a member of Council of the Irish Tax Institute for the last 11 years and is currently president of the Institute, giving her invaluable experience in strategic development and stakeholder engagement. She is also a member of the Government of Ireland’s Commission on Taxation and Welfare.
John is a Director of Xeinadin Group. With well over 40 years of accounting, audit and tax experience, he has led Lee & Co. Chartered Accountants for the last two decades and brings a wealth of leadership and sector experience to the Group.
A Director of Xeinadin Group since April 2019, Jonathan founded Elman Wall, the UK’s leading specialist accountancy firm for the travel industry, in 1995.
A dynamic business owner, Jonathan brings his personal experience of entrepreneurship to the advice he brings clients, helping leading travel organisations and entrepreneurs to enjoy their businesses and lives more.
Jonathan has received numerous accolades during his career including Elman Wall winning National Independent Firm of the Year and National Employer of the Year at the British Accountancy Awards.
A Chartered Accountant for four decades, Alastair trained with a top twenty firm before acquiring his own partnership with his wife Wendy.
Working closely with internal and external regulation, he is a highly experienced audit expert across general commercial and manufacturing companies to specialist sectors such as Independent Fostering, Charities and School Academy Trusts.
Outside of work, he was a founding Trustee of Demelza House Children’s Hospice and has been involved in many local charities and organisations.
