What do you like about working for your firm?
“I thoroughly enjoy the wide and varied mix of work that we carry out for our really fantastic client base. No two days are the same! Our clients know that we are delighted to tackle any issue they bring to us. This keeps our work very interesting, and sometimes challenging!”
What are in your words the strengths of your firm?
“We have an exceptional team working in our office, and this is unquestionably our greatest asset. Our team members have developed specialist knowledge and experience in a broad range of areas, allowing us to provide an exceptionally high level of service to our clients.”

What is the most valuable lesson you have learned at your firm?
“In everything we do, people are paramount. Nothing can be achieved without the support and commitment of our clients, our team members, and other parties that we interact with. We fully recognise the importance of maintaining strong relationships.”
What is the most rewarding experience you have had at your firm so far?
“From a personal perspective, becoming a third generation partner in Tynan Dillon was very fulfilling for me, as I followed my grandfather and my father into our firm. I feel lucky also to derive great satisfaction from any job well done, and so I take pleasure in looking after our clients’ requirements on a daily basis.”
What result you achieved for a client, are you most proud of?
“The overall service level that we provide to clients is what we are most proud of – this is what our reputation is based on, and this service level creates endorsements and referrals from our existing clients. Many of our clients have been working with Tynan Dillon for decades, and through a number of family successions. Helping our clients when they need us most is something in which we take great pride. We also enjoy assisting our clients to achieve their goals, and it has been very rewarding to contribute advice and guidance to clients seeking to realise the full potential of their businesses. We have helped some clients to close on sales of their businesses at very strong valuations in recent years, and it is always pleasing to conclude a transaction that makes a client very happy!”

“We believe it is very important to engage extensively with every client, to gain a deep understanding of their business, so that we can assist them to implement the optimal software, systems, controls and other processes for their particular circumstances.”

How do you see the future of your firm from your perspective?
“Next year, Tynan Dillon will be 70 years old. Its been an amazing journey so far, and we see a very bright and exciting future in the coming decades. Joining the Xeinadin Group has been an exciting and enormously positive experience for us, bringing access to a fantastic network of people with a broad range of expertise and experiences. The future looks great!”
