What do you like about working for your firm?

“Working with like-minded entrepreneurial clients and helping them plan, problem solve, and grow their businesses supported by an efficient, understanding, and well-trained professional team who have a similar mindset. The trust received from clients whilst humbling at times is always paramount in the provision of professional services. It is the key element to a successful and rewarding relationship with clients who are our primary asset.”

What are in your words the strengths of your firm?

“Experience and knowledge. This might seem like a generic response but it is key to problem-solving and providing advice to business clients in a variety of sectors. Being able to communicate and deal with each client, where they all feel they are getting a very personal and professional service whilst delivering results in a timely efficient manner is vital. It is that service that binds our client’s loyalty and enhances the reputation of our firm.”

What is the most valuable lesson you have learned at your firm?

“That we sell time, and that, in everything we do, must not be wasted and used to its maximum effect.”

What is the most rewarding experience you have had at your firm so far?

“Having, as a partner left a big four practice to establish my own business and see its reputation build, particularly in the SME sector. To then, over the years see so many young people I trained mature and become leaders in society. Also, ongoing business referrals from past employees who commenced as trainees make it worthwhile.”

What result you achieved for a client, are you most proud of?

“To see a client whose business was in severe financial difficulties due to overtrading take my advice and then rebuild the business to what is now in the region of one of the largest in its field.”

What is your favourite statement that you regularly use when advising your clients?

“If you trust me, listen to me.”

How do you see the future of your firm from your perspective?

“Being part of the Xeinadin Group will enhance the services we provide through the resources and contacts available within the group and enable us to automate our systems and processes in adopting new technologies, which might otherwise have been difficult for us. Xeinadin will also provide us with scale to enhance future growth and opportunity.”
