About Xeinadin Group
In 2019, more than 100 small and medium-sized accountancy practices came together from all over the UK and the Republic of Ireland, to form a multi-disciplinary business advisory and accountancy group.
Their aim was not to be the biggest – but big enough. To give clients the chance to build close working relationships with advisers who saw the business through the owner’s eyes – but also allowed them to tap into a national network of business expertise, in every relevant discipline.
Local brains, national muscle.
To date, Xeinadin Group boasts annual revenues of over £100 million, and over 1,600 team members. Its trusted local relationships are supported by innovative data-driven technology, industry-leading expertise, and one-call back-office support.
With 14 regional offices across the UK and Ireland, Xeinadin is a formidable ally for the owner-managers of small and medium-sized enterprises who seek a competitive edge to achieve their business (and personal) goals.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Xeinadin?
We’re a multi-disciplinary business advisory and accountancy group – comprised of over 120 small and medium-sized firms with more than 1,700 professionals – generating (to date) revenues of over £100 million across the UK and Ireland. We’re a formidable ally for the owner-managers of small and medium-sized enterprises who seek a competitive edge to achieve their business and personal goals.
We build trusted, personal relationships at a local level, supported by innovative data-driven technology, leading industry-leading expertise, one-call back-office support, and the formidable power of a collaborative national group.
How many firms are part of the Xeinadin Group?
The group has over 100 offices across the UK and Ireland.
How many staff do you have?
There are more than 1,600 team members across our offices.
What locations are you in?
Our offices can be found right across the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
Where are you headquartered?
We are headquartered in London. We also have a corporate office in Manchester and Dublin. In addition, there are regional office firms who are responsible for offices within their respective regions.
When were you formed?
Xeinadin was formed in 2019 through a merger of over 100 small and medium-sized accountancy practices across the UK and Ireland.
What’s the benefit of being part of the group for firms?
Firms within our group enjoy significant benefits that build on the strong personal relationships they’ve established. It means they can continue developing those local relationships with their clients, but give them all the benefits of a large international group – like innovative, data-driven technology, centralised back-office support for everything from procurement, IT, and human resources and a huge depth and breadth of expertise from across the group to help their clients tackle their business and personal financial challenges.
What’s the benefit for clients?
Business owners increasingly want a close relationship with a trusted adviser who can provide them with expert advice across the whole spectrum of business and associated personal issues – everything from management accounts and auditing to advice on their personal tax returns or corporate finance.
For clients, the choice often boils down to either a small, friendly accountancy firm that knows its clients well but has limited resources, or one of the big international groups that offer all the services, but lacks the personal touch.
So our model is designed to give businesses the best of both worlds. Xeinadin builds trusted, personal relationships at a local level, but is boosted by innovative technology, centralised back-office support and a wide range of world-class specialist expertise from across our national group.
Who is the leadership team?
Our executive leadership team consists of:
Derry Crowley, Chief Executive Officer
Paula Benoit, Chief Operating Officer
Simon Nice, Chief Financial Officer
Joanne Delderfield, Chief Information Officer
Tim Halford, Chief Commercial Officer
