Frequently Asked Questions
What is Xeinadin?
We are a multi-disciplinary business advisory and accountancy group. There are over 100 small and medium-sized firms with over 1,500 team members within our group, generating revenues of over £100 million across the UK and Ireland. We help the owner-managers of small and medium sized enterprises achieve their business and personal goals.
We build trusted personal relationships at a local level, supported by the innovative data-driven technology, leading industry expertise, centralised back office support and power of a collaborative national group.
How many firms are part of the Xeinadin Group?
We have over 100 offices within our group across the UK and Ireland.
How many employees do you have?
Across our offices we have over 1,500 team members.
What geographies are you in?
Our offices are situated across the United Kingdom and in the Republic of Ireland and sit under 14 regional hubs.
Where are you headquartered?
We are headquartered in London. We also have a corporate office in Manchester and Dublin. Under these are regional hub firms which are responsible for offices within their respective regions.
When were you formed?
Xeinadin was formed in 2019 through a merger of over 100 small- and medium-sized accountancy practices across the UK and Ireland.
What’s the benefit to being part of the group for firms?
Firms within our group enjoy significant benefits compared to operating on their own. They are able to keep forging trusted local relationships with their clients but can offer them much more.
They have the benefit of our investment in innovative, data-driven technology. They can access a huge depth and breadth of expertise from across the group to help their clients with more of their business and personal financial challenges. And they get the benefit of centralised back office support to help them with everything from procurement to IT and human resources.
What’s the benefit for clients?
Business owners increasingly want a close relationship with a trusted advisor who can provide them with expert advice across the whole spectrum of business and associated personal issues – everything from management accounts and auditing to advice on their personal tax returns or corporate finance.
The market is filled with small firms that can only deliver a few services, or huge international groups that can provide a wide range of services but can lack the personal touch of a local firm, so our model is designed to give businesses the best of both worlds. Xeinadin builds trusted personal relationships at a local level, but with the benefit of innovative technology, centralised back-office support and a wide range of specialist expertise from across our national group.
