Our executive leadership team

Derry Crowley

CEO

Derry Crowley is the Chief Executive Officer of Xeinadin Group, which he was instrumental in the formation of in 2019. He has overall responsibility for leading the business, setting its vision and strategic direction and building the culture and team to deliver it.

With a long career in accountancy in Ireland, Derry has deep experience of M&A and business growth finance as well as leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Derry passionately believes Xeinadin can become a top 10 accountancy firm in the UK and Ireland, through its unique combination of locally-forged, trusted relationships supported by innovative technology, leading expertise, centralised back office support and the power of a collaborative national group.

Xeinadin is about improving people's lives and helping them achieve their goals.

I passionately believe that Xeinadin can grow into a Top 10 accountancy firm by providing a high level of service to clients by embracing business advisory principles and, by using leading technology, provide relevant and timely advice to our clients.

Simon Nice

CFO

Simon Nice if the Chief Finance Officer of Xeinadin Group. Simon has over 30 years’ experience in finance having worked for both publicly listed and private firms and a broad range of experience from designing and implementing global financial strategies to managing corporate M&A and regulatory filings. 

Simon has previously worked for Lloyd’s Register where he was Group Director of Finance and at Avis Europe PLC Group.

I believe Xeinadin is in a unique position and has great potential. It is on an exciting journey and I can’t wait to help and be a part of it. I hope that my experience in a range of private and public companies will stand me in good stead as we lead to the company to greater growth.

Fiona Rodford

CPO

Fiona is responsible for creating and driving Xeinadin’s human resources strategy, helping the business to grow and prosper through its people. Appointed in February 2021, she has worked as a Chief People person for many years, delivering people-driven business transformation across sectors including retail, banking, aviation, manufacturing, travel and hospitality sectors. Fiona has driven significant business improvements and culture change in large complex businesses including Thomas Cook, Alliance & Leicester, BAA and TUI.

Fiona is on the Trustee Board of social enterprise Pilotlight and is an appointed member of the RemCo and Employment Committee of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

It is an amazing opportunity to be part of the Xeinadin journey.

Paula Benoit

COO

Paula has been with Xeinadin Group since January 2020, initially as Chief Financial Officer before transitioning to the Chief Operating Officer role in March 2021. Over a 30+ year career, Paula has led businesses and directed finances and operations across sectors including accountancy, digital infrastructure, IT support, and logistics. With experience working for large companies and PLCs at CEO and CFO level, she brings a wealth of experience to the leadership team.

Paula is passionate about developing high-performing, collaborative teams supported by effective processes, systems and practices to help our team, and clients, be the best they can be.

At Xeinadin, we are determined to be the best we can be so that our clients can be the best they can be.
