What do you like about working for your firm?

What are in your words the strengths of your firm?

“Having been established for over 40 years’ advising small businesses, our experience and strengths have been honed to meet the needs of our clients. Our past experiences, knowledge and skills give us the tools to help our clients not only succeed but develop and grow too, ultimately helping them to achieve their own goals.”

What is the most valuable lesson you have learned at your firm?

“The need to constantly adapt. Business is always changing and you must embrace the opportunities or risk being left behind.”

What is the best or most rewarding experience you have had at your firm so far? 

“Winning the National Skills Council small employer of the year award (South East Region) recognising our Apprenticeship scheme and our contribution to training apprentices. We won 1st prize ahead of thousands of other businesses in the region.”

What is your favourite statement that you regularly use when advising your clients?

“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.”

What result you achieved for a client, are you most proud of?

“Restructuring a new clients business model, incorporating their business saving them thousands of pounds but also freeing up sufficient working capital in the business to allow them to reach the goals they had aspired to for years. To this day the client remains our biggest success story.”

How do you see the future of your firm from your perspective?

“A firm of the future needs to constantly seek new ways of operating, using better technology, smarter processes, and better talent. They are committed to continually improving and driving their firm forward.”
