What is the most valuable lesson you have learned at your firm?

“Effective communication with clients is important to understand their individual needs given their unique circumstances. After obtaining professional qualification, keeping up to date and training is important together with applying learnings to assist clients’ individual circumstances.”

What is the most rewarding experience you have had at your firm so far?

“Advising and helping client grow their business, taking care of their compliance work to achieve their aspirations, generating wealth for themselves and others, creating employments, contributing to the local and national economy.”

What result you achieved for a client are you most proud of?

“When we agreed the VAT percentage with HMRC for partial Exemption and getting VAT refund for a client. This will save considerable amount of VAT in the future.”

“That is not a problem. We will be able to assist you in finding a solution.”

Which conditions do you think a ‘firm of the future’ should meet?

“The firm of the future has to be proactive in recognising client needs and providing solutions to them, so that the they can concentrate on achieving their goals.”

How do you see the future of your firm from your perspective?

“The firm as a part of the Xeinadin Group and with the next gen coming up, the future looks promising to embrace new technology etc and utilising the expertise in the Xeinadin group to help meet client needs.”
