What do you like about working for your firm?

“All the work I do matters within the organisation and I feel part of an integral valued team and I don’t just feel I am number in the firm.”

What are in your words the strengths of your firm?

“Good knowledge of our clients’ businesses, many of whom have been with us for many years and we know extremely well. The majority of our recommendations come from existing client referrals and hope to continue with our excellent customer service and good communication between the client and the firm.”

What is the most valuable lesson you have learned at your firm?

“Focus on developing and using your strengths.”

What is the best or most rewarding experience you have had at your firm so far? 

“Knowing the clients/staff really well over the 20+ years of service.”

What is your favourite statement that you regularly use when advising your clients?

“It’s not a problem, thats what we are here for to take that stress off of yourselves, time is precious and this is what we do well.”

What result you achieved for a client, are you most proud of?

“Meeting the clients’ statutory deadlines and seeing the stress this can cause them taken away.”

How do you see the future of your firm from your perspective?

“Testing times during Covid-19, trying to help our clients through and weather the storm to stay trading and retain as main of our existing clients and bring in some new ones.”
