In 2019, over 100 independent accountancy practices from across the UK and the Republic of Ireland came together to create Xeinadin, a leading provider of accountancy and business advisory services across the Uk & Ireland. Xeinadin is a fully integrated practice, with a shared management system, ensuring consistency of service and operations.
Since its formation, Xeinadin has grown, organically and through acquisition, into a £250 million-revenue, integrated provider. Headquartered in London, we have corporate offices in Manchester and Dublin, plus self-contained area offices, with expert advisers nationwide.
Now, there are over 2,500 professionals providing an extensive range of accountancy services to meet the needs of SMEs and individuals. From assurance and taxation to M&A and business finance, Xeinadin is a growing business that partners with businesses at every stage of their financial journey.

Xeinadin: A timeline
- July 2019: over 100 small and medium-sized accountancy practices across the UK and Ireland merge to form Xeinadin.
- July 2021: Several key appointments made to Xeinadin’s Board with Alastair Marsh appointed as Independent Non-Executive Chairman.
- June 2022: Acquisition of Scott & Wilkinson, a respected accountancy practice based in Lancaster with origins dating back over a century.
- July 2022: Private equity house Exponent invests a significant minority investment in Xeinadin, marking a turning point and enabling the company to accelerate growth.
- December 2022: Xeinadin’s Corporate Recovery team wins the Turnaround Restructuring & Insolvency (TRI) award for Boutique Insolvency and Restructuring Firm of the Year for the second time.
- January 2023: Hampshire-headquartered Clear Vision Financial Management is the second acquisition of the year for Xeinadin. It follows the acquisition of Poppleton & Appleby Northern, the specialist corporate recovery firm with offices in Manchester and Huddersfield.
In Ireland, Keith McDonagh is named Director of Corporate Finance.
- July 2023: Acquisition of Tyrrell Accountants, the Cambridge-based accountancy practice.
TTG, one of the leading travel industry publications, names Xeinadin’s Alex Wall in its top 30 Under 30.
- July 2024: Acquisition of three prominent accountancy practices in the South of England: Marden & Co, Mackenzies Accountants Limited and TaxAgility.
- September 2024: Xeinadin acquires three Haines Watts offices in the towns of Grimsby, Scunthorpe and Hessle.
- December 2024: Acquisition of two leading accountancy firms in Kent: Friend & Grant Ltd and Hedley Dunk Limited.
- March 2025: Raffingers, the London-based top 100 accounting practice, joins Xeinadin, adding 70 new team members as part of one of the largest acquisitions for the practice to date.
Irish tax advisory firm Warren & Partners joins Xeinadin.
Giles Murphy appointed as Managing Partner of the South.
April 2025: Xeinadin acquires JCS Accountants in Sutton, Surrey, and Mudd Partners LLP in Essex strengthening its presence in the South of the UK.
May 2025: KBG in Ireland joins Xeinadin with 6 offices in Cavan, Longford and Leitrim.
