Xeinadin, a top 20 accountancy and business advisory firm in the UK and Ireland, has appointed Peter Anderson as Chief Operating Officer (COO), reinforcing its senior leadership at a pivotal stage of Xeinadin’s strategic integration and expansion.
Anderson, who has been embedded in the firm since its formation in 2018, brings extensive knowledge and an unwavering commitment to Xeinadin’s mission of delivering high-quality, relationship-led services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). His advisory background, which encompasses restructuring and strategic transformation, equips him to drive operational cohesion as Xeinadin continues to scale with intent.
His appointment comes as the firm enters a new phase of maturity, marked by sustained M&A activity, continued investment in digital enablement and a clear emphasis on people-first leadership. As COO, Anderson will oversee the delivery of our operating model that balances national capability with local trust. This includes leading integration efforts across newly acquired firms, embedding consistent standards while retaining the autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit that define Xeinadin’s regional offices.
Derry Crowley, CEO of Xeinadin, says: “Pete knows this business inside out – not just the operational nuts and bolts, but the heart of what makes Xeinadin work for SMEs. His approach isn’t about rolling out a one-size-fits-all model. It’s about building consistency that improves our service. He understands that owner-led businesses choose us because we stay close, speak their language and offer the kind of support that helps them move forward. Pete’s role is about making sure we do more of that, better, as we continue to scale.”
Peter Anderson, COO of Xeinadin, says: “I’ve been part of Xeinadin since the beginning, and I’ve always been clear on what we stand for. SMEs have had no one truly fighting their corner – no one bringing them industry-leading quality, a proper range of services or real innovation tailored to their needs. That’s what Xeinadin is here to change.
This isn’t about chasing bigger clients because we’ve grown. It’s about using our size to be better for the people we already serve. We’re bringing them the kind of expertise you’d expect at the top end of the market, but delivering it with the care and consistency of a local relationship. That’s the model I’ve been helping to build from day one, and I’m proud to lead its next phase.”
Xeinadin continues to invest in digital infrastructure, regional specialisms and long-term succession planning for founder-led firms. Anderson’s remit will include integrating these new additions into a single operating model without losing the relationship-driven foundation that has underpinned the group’s success to date.
