Xeinadin is proud to partner with Women in Football to provide expert accountancy and business advisory support designed to develop participants’ skills, financial literacy and professional networks via tailored webinars. Women in Football’s membership currently spans more than 11,000 men, women and non-binary people working across the football industry.
With the rise of investment in women’s football – now generating an estimated £447 million globally – new business opportunities are emerging across the industry, from merchandising and events management to sports consultancy and accounting. Yet, research shows that financial literacy remains a huge barrier for many aspiring entrepreneurs.
From practical tax guidance to a ‘how to’ on building resilient businesses, the Xeinadin-run webinars will equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive and grow their small businesses.
“At Xeinadin, we believe in equal opportunities for all – whether it’s in the boardroom or out on the pitch,” said Derry Crowley, CEO at Xeinadin. “Through our commitment to supporting Women in Football, we hope to inspire female businesswomen by providing the financial and business guidance needed to excel in careers in and around the football industry.”
As part of this initiative, Xeinadin will also exhibit at Women in Football’s ‘Be Inspired Conference’ in partnership with Barclays at Wembley Stadium on 26th March 2025. The event is a key professional development opportunity for women working in football, offering insights, networking and career-building sessions.
ABOUT WOMEN IN FOOTBALL
Women in Football is a network of women, men and non-binary people working in and around the football industry who are dedicated to driving women in football forward. We’re a vibrant, growing and engaged member community who are working towards change on an institutional level, because harnessing the best talent, whatever it looks like, is fundamental to the success of the industry.
We support women to hone and fortify their talents and abilities through our Leadership Course, coaching, workshops and networking opportunities. We throw open the doors for more diverse talent, leading campaigns on gender equality and working with football employers on how they can become more gender-inclusive, and most of all, we are dedicated to working together to transform the industry.
