What do you like about working for your firm?
“The firm has been personally developed by myself mostly through word of mouth referrals. we have all sorts of expertise, particularly in healthcare fields. We deal with Pharmacies, Dentists, Medical Consultants. We also have golf course clients on our books.”

“We offer a personal service and clients are very comfortable with services provided by our firm.”

What is the most valuable lesson you have learned at your firm?
“Client service is absolutely important. To treat all clients equally no matter their size.”
What is the most rewarding experience you have had at your firm so far?
“Seeing the satisfaction on client’s faces and taking the burden from them.”
What result you achieved for a client are you most proud of?
“A long time ago, I had represented a client at a VAT tribunal. The VAT inspectors had raided our client’s offices and raised assessments in access of £105,000. The tribunal threw out the case, and we settled for £10,000!”

Which conditions do you think a ‘firm of the future’ should meet?
“The firm should look to the future and be up to date with the latest legislation. It should have access to resources to ensure that it provides the best service to its clients.”
How do you see the future of your firm from your perspective?
“To build on past growth and continue to offer great service to the clients with the latest developments particularly through the use of technology.”
