What do you like about working for your firm?
“As a small team, we all get involved with all aspects of client affairs. Clients and staff are generally longstanding, and we are able to build good personal relationships with them. Our offices, while professional, offer a relaxed and genuinely fun place to work.”
What are in your words the strengths of your firm?
“We are a small team but have broad experience and knowledge in all matters of business advice and accountancy services. With a good mix of experience across different industries, we are well placed to help and advise our varied client base. The firm has embraced the latest online technologies, and this enables clients and staff to proactively monitor and steer their businesses to maximise returns and values.”
“Never stop learning and listening to clients and colleagues.”
Kirk Weatherley, Managing Director
What is the most valuable lesson you have learned at your firm?
“Never stop learning and listening to clients and colleagues. We can always increase our knowledge and be better placed to advise clients in the future.”
What is the most rewarding experience you have had at your firm so far?
“Having personally been involved with some clients for over 20 years, it is always great to be recommended to their friends and family.”
What result you achieved for a client, are you most proud of?
“A long-standing client was nearing retirement and was looking to sell his interest in the business to a large and well known national company. There was significant due diligence to complete together with agreeing on the detail of the earn-out and responsibilities following the sale. I was heavily involved in the process, and the directors eventually sold for a greater value and on better terms than was first expected. The national company were so impressed with our involvement that we ended up continuing to work with them post-sale. It was both exciting and challenging to be part of the process and in being instrumental in bringing the deal to its conclusion.”
What is your favourite statement that you regularly use when advising your clients?
“We can definitely help you with that.”
“With a fantastic team and a breadth of knowledge, we are well placed to continue to grow organically and help our clients do the same.”

How do you see the future of your firm from your perspective?
“With a fantastic team and a breadth of knowledge, we are well placed to continue to grow organically and help our clients do the same.”
