What do you like about working for your firm?

“We have a diverse range of clients, and some with interesting nuances, and so it’s never a dull moment in trying to find innovative solutions.”

What are in your words the strengths of your firm?

“The strength of our firm is the specialised knowledge that we have which coupled with our commercial awareness allows us to provide our clients with the bespoke service that they require, rather than a generic service.”

What is the most valuable lesson you have learned at your firm?

“The most valuable lesson that I have learned is that clients come first. We forget that lesson at our peril.”

What is the most rewarding experience you have had at your firm so far?

“Helping a client from one extreme of going into an arduous liquidation to within two years from that going on a very successful roll-up acquisition strategy. The reward was not only seeing an effective business turnaround but also helping the client through the difficult emotional challenges that the highs and lows bring.”

What result you achieved for a client are you most proud of?

“As part of my forensic accounting work, preparing a report which was fundamental to a professional client being found not guilty in a range of serious fraud charges. A guilty verdict would have led to our client’s professional career being destroyed.”

“A firm of the future must use leading-edge technology to provide business results most efficiently.”

Which conditions do you think a ‘firm of the future’ should meet?

“A firm of the future must use leading-edge technology to provide business results most efficiently, so that time is freed up to help businesses implement their strategic goals.”

How do you see the future of your firm from your perspective?

“Riley Moss is over 25 years old, and we are privileged to have built up a great loyal client base. Our future lies in us being innovative and transforming our firm to continue to meet the challenges of our diverse client base.”
